I extend my thanks to Mrs Natalie Shelley and the members of the GSFM Catholic Life and Faith Team for all of the work that went into making the mass for the Feast Day of all Benedictine Saints, and the following fun day activities, such an amazing success. The mass was a beautiful celebration of the impact that the Benedictine Saints have had on our faith life, and all of the students who were actively in reading, dancing or singing are commended on their reverent participation. I also extend my gratitude to Mr Timothy Hart for giving so generously of his time and leading us in song. 

As we move to the end of  the school year, I take this opportunity to remind all of the members of our school community of the need to follow all traffic regulations in and around the school site. Please be very mindful of the No Parking and No Stopping zones surrounding our school, and I remind all parents and carers that when exiting the church carpark of a morning and afternoon, you are to TURN LEFT ONLY. Turning right not only causes traffic congestion, it also increases the risk of an accident occurring, which is something that I would not wish our students to either witness, or personally experience. 

I have also noticed an increasing number of students arriving at school before the 8:20am supervision time, and gathering outside the McGrath St gate. Students should not be arriving at school prior to 8:20am. If you need to drive your child to school earlier than this, please contact our Catholic Care OOSH provider for before school care options.
