We have been working very hard in Mathematics. In length, we have estimated and measured in millimetres, centimetres and meters around our school. We have compared angles and learnt about perpendicular lines and right angles. We are currently learning about position, coordinates and drawing maps.

We have been very lucky to have university student Miss Mangos working with us for the past couple of weeks. Miss Mangos has done lots of fun lessons and activities including teaching us about solids, liquids and gases in Science. This might not sound super interesting … but it has been loads of fun. In Science and Technology, this term 4 Blue & 4 Gold have been exploring the role of people and technology in mass production of toys. Students have observed and researched the properties of materials to design and make a toy, following the design and production process.
