We welcome you back to Term 2. The start of each term is a great time to refresh and reset our minds. Just a few little “housekeeping”reminders.

• uniform-please ensure students are in the correct uniform (this includes haircuts/styles and hair tied back)
• labelling- please label your child’s belongings so we can return them when found. This is the most common way items are lost.
• Be ready- encourage your child to share in the responsibility of getting ready for school, this encourages a “be ready to learn” attitude.

With students returning to school for Term 2, it is timely for a reminder about buses. It is important for all stakeholders of a school community to be aware of what is needed to ensure the safety of all on school buses. By raising the awareness of being safe around buses we help to reduce the risk of injuries and facilities. Please also be aware that students can be refused and returned to the office if they do not have an Opal card. This is not a school rule but a bus company rule and completely out of our control.
