Year One have started the year with excitement and enthusiasm. They are doing an amazing job settling into their new classrooms, getting to know their classroom peers and the  new routines. Year One have enjoyed the new activities they can play in the playground such as  learning how to play elastics, using the netball hoops and playing with the dolls house as well as trying lots other activities. In class, it is lovely to see the students grow in confidence speaking in front of the class and demonstrating safe, respectful and responsible behaviours.

News from our Year 2 Classrooms 

We are very proud of the way the Year Two children have settled into their new  grade. In the classroom the children have been learning about our Year 2 expectations, following our new routines and learning to work cooperatively  in small groups. On the playground, it has been lovely to see the children playing together and showing kindness to their classmates. 

In Religious Education our focus has been The story of the Good Samaritan. This story reminds us to be compassionate to our neighbour, which aligns with our school motto and positive behaviours for learning.
